Your Role As a Gensler Retail Travel Consultant, your job is to combine creativity and technical knowledge with business skills and a deep understanding of our clients' business models to produce welcoming, functional, and efficient retail automotive sales and service environments that represent our clients' brands.
You have exceptional design skills, a background in architecture or design, and a portfolio of innovative retail design concepts.
With you as part of the design team, retail design has never been so engaging.
What You Will Do Perform technical design assignments that include programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, and management of brand standards documentation Manage client, retailer, team, and project coordination, including full documentation coordination with internal production teams Support communication between project team, clients, vendors, contractors, and consultants Conduct and document site visits, process submittals, substitution requests, and RFI's during construction Provide design support and documentation during completion and execution of design concepts Work with external consultants, product representatives, furniture dealers, and fabricators Your Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Design required, with a rigorous design education 3
years of architecture or design experience required Relevant retail architecture and design experience, with a strong background designing in a fast-paced process and at varying scales Experience with designing retail automotive sales and service facilities is a plus Proficiency in Revit required Knowledge of Rhino is a plus Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Outstanding graphic presentation skills Ability to travel 60% of the time, US and Canada Ability to develop collaborative relationships across the firm, with clients, with retailers, and with other key constituents.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
