We are looking for someone who is passionate about cannabis and growing!
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required Must be able to work Saturdays Must be able to work in a store environment Must be comfortable with budtending customers and helping them choose strains Ability to learn and use all the products we carry, including our new strain strains, as well as our top-selling strain packs! Ability to learn all the strains we carry and how they affect our customers' health.
Must be comfortable with budtending, be able to make budtenders excited about growing! Must be available for weekend shifts when needed.
Duties:
Greet customers when they enter the store and welcome them upon their arrival.
This includes checking their ID and confirming their order.
Explain the strains available to customers, including how they affect their mood and how to tell them apart from one another.
Prepare orders for customers by measuring dried flowers, trimming leaves, and mixing ingredients into jars.
Mix ingredients into strain packs as needed.
This includes mixing dry flower mix into cakes, molds, or trays.
It also includes preparing strain packs for packaging and cleaning jars after each sale.
Packaging of strain packs as needed per strain's specific strain name.
This includes preparing packages for each strain using ovens, heat lamps, and other equipment.
It also includes cleaning packages after each sale.
Maintain cleanliness of the dispensary including the front counter, front door, shelves, and display tables.
This includes sweeping and mopping floors on a regular basis throughout the store.
